How to install the plugin and get it working.
1. Upload `splash-header` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. From the ‘Setting’ menu see sub-menu ‘Splash header’, save the setting
4. Fill in the forms
5. Use the shortcode in your theme or pages to show the splash header
