Everyone has come across infographics and knows what it is. Posts containing infographics (whether on the website or social networks) usually get the most views and likes. To create professional infographics requires good design skills or money to pay for such designers. However, everyone can create infographics.
Next, I’ll take a look at popular online infographic creation services. In the review, I will include only those services to easily and quickly figure it out. However, if you are going to create and use infographics in the future consistently, I recommend reading a book on the topic.
It should be added that many services have more or less similar functionality. Why do I use different ones? Because I don’t want to pay for those few times a month when I need to take a picture. Each service has some limitations in the free plan. What is paid in one may be accessible in another. If you are willing to pay, you will still choose one and use it.
Service for creating infographics – DesignCap
The service offers thousands of professionally designed templates to help you easily create infographics, presentations, posters, flyers, social media graphics, and more.
Turn your massive data into a rendered cool chart! Customize the chart as you wish and present the data clearly to your customers and partners.
The free version has restrictions on templates and on the number of downloads.
Hundreds of Infographic Templates on Easel
The mission of the service is to make it so that anyone can visualize information. Easelly is ideal for educators, students, business owners, and executives who need to communicate thoughts, lesson plans, or concepts in an easy-to-understand visual form.
A great service made specifically for creating infographics. Nothing more. After registration, you can immediately start visualizing your ideas. There are ready-made templates, or you can start from scratch. Everything is done very simply. It seems to me that even a child will figure it out. It appears that the service is even free. I did not find a payment word.
A huge database of images and icons is available for free.
Service for creating infographics – Infogram
In the free version, the service has not so many templates and download restrictions. You can use it for free if you are ready to sketch a picture in the service and save it as a screenshot.
It allows you to insert icons, pictures, build graphs, insert maps. In general, everything you’ve ever seen in someone’s infographic can be done with this service.
Also, Infogram allows you to create interactive infographics and immediately publish them on the Internet.
Ideal if you regularly create infographics, for one-time jobs – a little expensive.
Service for creating infographics – Picktochart
Excellent service for creating infographics. Lots of high-quality free templates, great editing possibilities, you can even draw from scratch. The service logo is added during export in a free account, but you can crop it if you wish.
I think that the majority will have enough free functionality, but for those who are engaged in infographics professionally, it is not a sin to switch to a paid one. It has a lot of free templates.

Service for creating infographics and design – Crello
Pack your information into beautiful and engaging infographics with Crello. Switch to any of the professional templates or create designs from scratch. You have all the necessary tools and objects at your fingertips – even if you are a beginner, you will succeed.
Crello is the main competitor to Canva, and in my opinion, they are doing well. For example, in the free plan, they have functions available in other services only for money.
There are no restrictions on functionality. There is only a limit of 50 downloads per month. That is, the service makes money on those who use it a lot, allowing ordinary users to use the service for free.
Visme to create graphics online
Visme is a cloud-based visual content creation and collaboration platform. Visme allows anyone to create professional images and infographics, regardless of skill level.
From presentations and infographics to prints and reports, access to thousands of easy-to-edit templates and content blocks quickly create beautiful documents.
The free plan has a download limit, for example, you cannot download in pdf, but you can save as pictures. The template library is also limited.
If you have a vision of how infographics should look, you can start your design from scratch. But suppose your priority is to create infographics as quickly and efficiently as possible. In that case, Adobe Spark Post gives you the option to choose a ready-made template with most of the design elements needed to create infographics.
It is then up to you to decide whether to stick with what you have or change the images, colors, backgrounds, text, and fonts to suit your needs.
There are some restrictions on the free plan, but in general everything is available. The service makes money from organizations that need a lot of content. In the paid plan, collaboration, the creation of branded templates, more images are available.
And they also have a convenient mobile application. You can create content for social networks on the go.
Snappa – create graphics online
Create graphics with Snappa for social media, ads, blogs, and more, even if you’re not a graphic designer.
Perfectly sized images are always one click away. Image sizes for social media, display ads, blogs, email, and infographics are available as clickable presets.
Don’t start from scratch, and never look at a blank screen again. Choose from thousands of ready-made templates that look professional and attract more attention, clicks, and customers.
Snappa claims that you can make cool infographics like a pro without watching long video tutorials, reading how-to posts, and being a graphic designer.
You can download only three works per month on the free plan, but are you unlikely to make infographics more often? Many people generally need this one time, so the service is excellent.
Mind the Graph
Mind the Graph is a service for creating high-quality, detailed infographics
The service on a free plan is almost useless, but it is worth paying attention to if you periodically need to create infographics on scientific topics.
Mind the Graph has a lot of templates and graphics on a variety of topics. You can find various techniques and detailed images of organs and parts of the body, cars, animals, medicine, and space—over 40,000 accurate scientific illustrations to amplify the impact of your message.
Mind researchers and academics trust the Graph from over 100 leading academic, educational, and industrial institutions.
Drawtify – infographic creation
Drawtify is a user-friendly online graphic design service, animation editing tool, and publisher app. Built-in vector editor, animation editor, photo editor, layout features, and typography tools, plus a wide variety of effect filters, design plugins, and design resources.
Free for basic needs, there is a limitation on the quality of downloaded documents. The editor seems inconvenient to me.
Banner & infographic maker Canva
The undisputed leader who has practically no competitors in terms of capabilities. Although it loses to services that specialize only in infographics.
There is a lot you can do in the free plan. I practically replaced Photoshop.
Millions of images. Create designs with millions of stock photos, vectors, and illustrations. You can even add your files.
Filters for photos. Edit photos with pre-configured filters, or get professional and use photo editing tools – the choice is always yours.
Free badges and shapes. Use icons, shapes, and more with ease. Choose from thousands of items or add your own.
Hundreds of fonts. Choose from a selection of gorgeous fonts for every design. Canva has it all – come and take it.
I like the possibilities offered by online services for creating graphics. I practically stopped using Photoshop. I have benefits for each task that solve particular problems well.
For myself, I highlight 3 services.
- DesignCap – in the free plan, the main limitation is the number of ready-made templates and the image library. But I use the DesignCap as a graphic editor. I create a lot from scratch. If I need to, then I can take the images on free stocks.
- Crello, in the free plan, you can use everything without restrictions but download only 50 works per month.
- Adobe Spark – I use it on my phone when I need to create banners or pictures for social networks quickly.
